In this meditation the active use of human intelligence symbolized by the wind becomes a living force that energizes and vitalizes the power of the mind. Because so much of our thinking mind is constantly in movement, we have a condition akin to many small dust devils and tumbleweeds rolling through our mind without any pattern or direction. By consciously directing the energy symbolized by the wind through our body and our mind, we create a discipline within the mind that leads to a condition.
