Often today I am asked how to communicate with our spirit guides, and angels, so that we know which direction to take in life. The easiest guide to communicate with is often the most difficult to follow – and that is our own conscience. It can be common to cover our conscience with rationalizations and excuses and these melt away in the meditative process, allowing us to communicate clearly with our conscience. If we try to overcome our rationalizations with the rational mind, we just develop more battles. This meditation cuts through those illusory veils.
