In meditation the human psyche naturally releases thoughts and feelings that are no longer beneficial to the growth of the personality. In meditation we don t need to consciously remember hurts caused to us by others or by the circumstances of life. This meditation enhances the natural process of forgiving and forgetting by removing the mental obstructions that stand in the way of a free flowing breath. When the breath is flowing without thought-obstruction, it naturally releases memories and feelings that have become habitual but no longer are useful.
