The term light in meditation has many meanings, both having to do with brightness and relieving the burdens of excessive thought. As we take away the weightiness in our mind, the natural light of human intelligence is more capable of shining through into our lives. This meditation is most effective if it is repeated often and can be done before going to sleep as well as throughout the day.
